This episode focuses on Hurley, who is perhaps one of the more interesting characters on the island. Dave is his "imaginary" friend from the hospital, who just so happens has come to visit him on the island. The encounter reminds me of Total Recall, since Dave is trying to talk Hurley out of a dream, and it's like he (Hurley) is manufacturing the entire island.
Meanwhile, Locke recovers from his wound suffered last week during Lockdown, and "Henry" tries to talk his way out of trouble, without much success.
Despite the other storylines, the focus is really on Hurley, however, with perhaps only a few minutes dedicated to both of the other pieces, and I think it's worth it. As interesting a character as Henry may turn out to be, and as promising as Mr. Eko is (he was briefly featured as well), the storyline for Hurley in this episode was just written really well, including pulling in Libby so that we finally know why it is that Hurley recognizes her - even if he hasn't realized it just yet.
